This website has no forms, user registration or online shop, so it does not collect personal data through its pages. The data ECOSED may process are:
- Contact data that users provide voluntarily when they write to the email address or call the telephone numbers shown on the website: name, email address, telephone number and any other information included in their message.

Please do not send us special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) unless strictly necessary.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries and requests for information: the legal basis is the consent of the data subject when contacting us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the taking of pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website (server logs and protection against malicious access): the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
No automated decisions are made and no profiles are created from users’ data.
4. Retention period
Contact data are kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, thereafter, for the statutory limitation periods for any possible liabilities. Technical server logs are kept for a limited period and deleted periodically.
5. Recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The technology service providers ECOSED needs in order to operate (web hosting, email and technical maintenance) may have access to them, acting as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Third-party services
- Google Maps: the contact page includes a Google map. When it loads, Google LLC may receive technical data from the user, such as the IP address, and use its own cookies. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information in its privacy policy.
- Social networks: the website includes links to ECOSED’s profiles on Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. These are simple links: no data are transmitted to those platforms until the user clicks on them. Once on the social network, the privacy policy of each platform applies.
7. Users’ rights
Anyone may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw their consent at any time, by writing to ecosed@ecosed.es or by post to the controller’s address, stating the right being exercised and proving their identity.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
ECOSED applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
9. Changes to this policy
ECOSED may update this policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes to the website. The version in force is the one published on this page.
This is a translation provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
